As you know, the issue of ORV beach driving in the Cape Hatteras National Seashore is one of the greatest challenges the Outer Banks community and ultimately the American public will face. An injunction to stop beach driving has been filed, and a judicial hearing will take place on April 4^th in Raleigh, NC.

Chairman Warren Judge of the Dare County Board of Commissioners, who appeared before the Dare County Tourism Board this morning during our regularly scheduled meeting, has asked me to pass along this website link, with information on a grassroots effort to educate the public. www.savehatteras.com
