NEWS PHOTO: Living Legend Scholarship Will Award Cultural Heritage Studies



(Manteo, N.C., June 26, 2007) – Art Keeney, president of East Carolina Bank was recently thanked for establishing the Living Legend Scholarship. This new scholarship will be awarded to a Dare County resident pursuing a cultural heritage field of study at the College of the Albemarle. The Outer Banks Community Foundation will be managing the scholarship funds. (from left to right) Carl V.
