Lost Colony Puppet Show Premiers WednesdayTar Heel Territory promises to be fun and educational theatre
( Manteo, N.C. June 15, 2007)—Blackbeard the Pirate, the young boy Jackson and his dog Raleigh the Plott Hound can be seen on various Wednesdays in The Lost Colony’s latest children’s production called Tar Heel Territory. This short puppet theatre work is an educational romp through North Carolina history. It premiers this Wednesday (June 20) at 10:30 am inside The Elizabethan Gardens’ Meeting Hall. Other performances will be held on June 27; July 11, 18; and August 8. Tickets are $5 per person. Price includes admission to the Gardens.
